A conversation about anti-racism for majority white groups that focuses on de-centering whiteness in everyday life, being an up-stander, and calling other white folks into this work.
Culturally responsive pedagogy.
A conversation for educators who serve diverse populations. An introduction to culturally responsive teaching practice that includes discussions of micro-aggressions and identity work.
A critical incident in your workplace.
This workshop or series will help you recover and repair after a critical incident in your workplace. We have supported clients through healing and repair after major ruptures and helped groups build understanding around the daily occurrences of racism that are present in most diverse groups.
We will use the strengths of your unique group and strategies for better communication to help you learn and grow from your challenges, now and going forward.
